Currency, Prices and Availability

All prices listed on this site are in New Zealand Dollars and are exclusive of GST.
Stock levels and prices are subject to change.
The customer will be advised if any product purchased is out of stock. You may cancel the order should you not wish to wait for the product on backorder.
To purchase Academic Versions of Software the customer must provide appropriate student or teacher identification.

Software Upgrades

If upgrading your software please ensure that you have the correct version to upgrade from. Incompatable upgrades can not be returned once opened. If you have purchased incompatable software and it is unopened it may be returned in accordance with our returns procedure.

Delivery

Delivery is standardised at NZ$7.50 + GST within New Zealand. We do not ship outside New Zealand.
Some products are sent directly from the distributor.
If any products are damaged or missing Macsoftware and the courier must be notified within 7 days of the delivery date.
The customer is responsible for the product(s) once it has been delivered to the address used in the purchase.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising in any way from a delay in delivery or performance.

Orders & Payment

Once payment has been processed the order cannot be cancelled. To return the product please follow our returns policy.
Unless otherwise stated all goods are sent as a boxed product. Macsoftware is not responsible for the performance of any software sold, or any affect it may have on other software, your computer(s), network or any related hardware.

Payment can be made by: direct credit, cheque, or credit card. The customer will select their payment option during the ordering process. Please allow up to 5 days for clearance of cheque and direct debit transactions. Goods will be sent as soon as the payment has been cleared into our bank account.
If you wish to pay by invoice please apply by contacting macsoftware prior to placing an order. We reserve the right to accept / refuse any application.
Should payment for supply of goods or services be outside of, or beyond, our payment terms, the customer will be liable for all costs, fees, damages, and expenses including legal costs (on a full indemnity basis) and all other fees incurred by us in recovering the amount outstanding. Ownership of the goods remains with macsoftware and does not pass to the customer until we receive all amounts owed to us.

Refunds & Returns

Before returning any products macsoftware must be contacted in the first instance.
For faulty software each manufacturer has a different returns policy and we will advise you of the steps required. Once you are ready to return the product you must ensure that it is packaged correctly, insured for the value of its contents and is sent with a Track and Trace option. Any damage or loss incurred in returning the software is the senders responsibility.

We do not offer cash refunds for returns but instead offer a credit note to the value of the original purchase for any product that is returned in its original, unopened condition and within 14 days of purchase. Any shipping fees from macsoftware or required to return the software are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Opened software can not be returned unless it is faulty.

Privacy

We will not sell or share any of your personal information with other companies. In some circumstances we may have to divulge certain information to banks / distributors to complete your order -they are also bound by similair privacy policies.

Warranties

Macsoftware offers no direct warranty on products, however you are protected by any warranties offered by the manufacturer. For further warranty information please contact the manufacturer.
