Is it safe to buy via your online store?
Yes! We have adapted all the latest security features to make this site as secure as possible. All credit card transactions are passed through an encrypted gateway so even the staff here at macsoftware don't see your credit card details.

How quickly can you deliver my software?
For credit card purchases in most cases we can deliver your software within 2 to 3 days, but we suggest allowing 5 business days to be safe. Internet transfer may take a little longer for the funds to clear, but in most cases this can also be completed within 5 working days. If you need something in a hurry let us know and we'll do our best to get it to you quickly.

Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
We will send software to any location within New Zealand. We have standardised our shipping so regardless of your location or the size of your order shipping is set at $7.50 +GST.

Do I have to create an account to buy the software?
Yes, if you wish to buy through the website you will need to set up an account. However the majority of the information we ask for would be required even if you just wanted to make a single purchase. Once you have created an account you will also have access to member only deals via our email newsletter, faster purchasing if you do decide to shop from us again and for high volume purchasers you will receive a discounted pricing structure after logging in.

What payment methods do you offer?
You can choose to pay via credit card (Mastercard and Visa) or by internet transfer. If you wish to buy on an invoice basis please email us in the first instance.
